Implement IAM role authentication for AWS SES in Ops Manager

At the moment using AWS SES for email delivery in Ops Manager requires AWS Access Key and Secret Key. Please implement the IAM role authentication for this option as it has been done for the S3 endpoints.

    At this time we do not have this on the long term roadmap as there are other improvements that we are focusing and AWS SES is not used by a larger portion of OM users. Happy to gain more feedback here about use cases that I may not be aware of but I am marking this declined for now.

    Does not seem like something that you should have to create a user for, and have a set of keys you have to rotate in multiple accounts, and afterwards update in each opsmanger when you rotate the keys.
