Provide recurring/daily reporting on backup status from Ops Manager

Ops Manager should generate a recurring/daily report of the status of all backups. This report should include at least a list of successful snapshots, a list of unsuccessful snapshots (over the configured reporting period), and the latest successful snapshot for each deployment being backed up. Additionally, this report may include resource availability such as storage available for future snapshots.

For me this feature is very important.

This would be an excellent idea. It's aggravating to have to go to individual projects in order to get a wide view of how backups are performing across our environment.

Even updating the Backups -> Jobs or Job Timeline pages to be more useful than the individual Project -> Continuous Backups page would be extremely helpful. We should be able to see progress and speed for each replica set backup, which app server is doing the work, etc. so we can better troubleshoot resource constraints like network. Also, as of Ops Manager 5.0.17, the Logs page doesn't show anything and on the Jobs page every deployment "Working On WT Checkpoint" is not helpful.

It would be handy if some history was maintained on backup success/failure an many audit teams require this detail for a year or more.

Hi, the report should include time used to generate snapshots in the last seven days, and the average time by week. Regards
