Allow customers to download Atlas BI Connector process logs (similar to MongoDB Server logs)

_**What is the problem that needs to be solved?**_ Customers are willing to troubleshoot / analyze Atlas BI Connector logs by themselves (they would like to investigate schema sampling timings, SQL/MongoDB query optimizations, connectivity issues, etc.). _**Why is it a problem? (the pain)**_ Currently available _Download Logs_ option on Atlas Clusters does not include Atlas BI Connector process logs.
