Log user Login to Activity Feed for Auditing

When a user logins into the Atlas Portal this is logged to the Activity Feed. This feature would allow to better user auditing and identify potential security breaches.

I have no idea why this recieved so few votes. this should be the NUMBER ONE top priority most important feature in line for development ! The ability to log access events (including failed attempts) is the most crucial basic line of defense against anauthorized access ! In a world where everything gets breached on a daily basis I have no idea how this is not implemented. This is in fact important enough to make me consider exporting my data back to a self-managed AWS EC2 MongoDB instance and closing my Atlas account. The fact this is was not thought of from the get-go is the biggest face-palm I have ever experienced.

Hi Martel, One option available today is configure identity federation (https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/security/federated-authentication/) and then use the auditing that your IdP offers. Note that Atlas audits any material action taken within the MongoDB Cloud UI (cluster configuration changes, security configuration changes, data explorer usage, etc). -Andrew
