Export metrics to Prometheus

Currently there is only a community supported Prometheus integration (exporter) available which polls db.serverStatus() and doesn't include as much metrics as the Atlas UI/API provides. A similar integration as with New Relic and Datadog would help many customers that are using Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.

Having metrics around server stats such as index and collection count available in Prometheus would be very useful for us.

Having a Prometheus endpoint to scrape would be great since there are several tools out there, like Telegraf and the MongoDB exporter that could easily make use of this. Doing so would make gather metrics for internal telemetry stacks a breeze. In addition it would be great if system level metrics, like CPU, memory, disk utilization, et al were included in the output of this endpoint in addition to the MongoDB metrics.
