Stackdriver Integration

Atlas Monitoring UI is great, but to ease centralization of alerts and dashboards..., it would be nice to have all atlas metrics in Cloud Monitoring too.

    Adding feedback from client below: "We would like to make the case for Stack Driver support. We understand that there is an API for fetching logs from Atlas, but we believe that it would be a strong value add for MongoDB to support Stack Driver, much in the way MongoDB already supports other GCP services like Cloud Key Manager in the client-side encryption feature in the drivers (client API/libs)."

    Integration with the monitoring and logging solutions for each cloud provider you support deployments in seems like a no brainer. Having native integration with Google's Stackdriver Logging would make life simpler, especially for use cases where company's are multi-cloud, run a private cloud, and perform centralized log aggregation. Integrating with Stackdriver logging as an example makes this easy versus having to write custom integration to pull a compressed log file every five minutes from the Atlas API.
