Official ServiceNow Connector

Would love to see an official connector to ServiceNow for automatic ticket creation triggered by various database alerts.

    I have a client who previously routed alerts to New Relic and then used the integration to generate ServiceNow tickets. However, due to the discontinuation of support for the New Relic MongoDB plugin, they are now seeking a direct integration with ServiceNow. -Aditya Arora

    It would be great to have an OOTB connector for ServiceNow, so each customer doesn't have to role their own custom solution.

    It is possible to use the generic Webhooks endpoint to push to ServiceNow: We are working to get a tutorial documented. -Andrew
