fix download newer version of Compass error message

I keep getting an error message when trying to launch and use compass, it says it fails to update to newer version.

    Hi Alan, a few questions to help us understand what's going on a bit better and debug the issue: - What operating system are you using and which version of Compass are you using? - Is this error shown in the popup toast in the bottom left of the page when installing the newest version? - Can you share your Compass logs with us? https://www.mongodb.com/docs/compass/current/troubleshooting/logs/#in-the--top-menu-bar--click-help.
