Tabs are too easy to close, X should always be visible

It's too easy to close collection tabs at the moment with the most recent update. I should be able to click almost anywhere on my tab to navigate, not 1/4 or 1/5 being overtaken by an "X" that only appears on hover.

    This is so much annoying, always lost a complex query search for this kind of missclick. If there was a option for reopening a closed tab, would be less than a minor problem at most, but no, loss everything always.

    Because the X only appears on hover I have clicked it so many times on accident. Very annoying. I anticipate that I can click the tab, because the X is not visible, however when you move and click your mouse you see the X button for 1ms, but then it's too late, you have already closed the tab. This is very bad ux. Just show the X button always. A bonus would be if it would not be so super big.
