Slow connection while working with thousands of databases

We have 2 thousands databases in one mongodb server, so whenever we connect using compass, we must wait while compass retrieves the information about databases and collections. We expect to connect fast and retrieve the details of each DB in background or later, on demand after opening a DB.

    While there is more we can do to make Compass even faster with a big amount of databases and collections, performance should increase significantly already with version 1.30 (out in beta now). Feel free to reach out to me if you try the beta and have any feedback.
