    This should never have happened in the first place, what a bad UI design error. Stop using Interns or fire the web designer who has come up with such a bad design

    Hi, Just a quick note to let you know that this feature to disable the chat button already exists. To do so, please click on the Compass menu item, Help > Privacy Settings and remove the checkmark for "Enable Product Feedback Tool". The change should be instant. If not, please try restarting Compass.
