Allow custom duration for Temporary Users

In our software development lifecycle, we have sprints that are 2 weeks long. We create temporary users for Software Engineers that are "onCall" during a sprint. The role is moving to a different engineer each new sprint. It would be great to be able to specify an explicit `deleteAfterDate` value or a custom duration greater than the current 6 days.

This would also be useful for us. The current time periods of 6 hours, 1 day, or 1 week for temporary users are not granular enough for us. It would be very useful for us to be able to specify other periods like 2 days, 5 days etc.

Hi Xavier, One thing to consider would be to manage this level of customization via Vault: we offer a secrets engine integration for MongoDB Atlas https://www.vaultproject.io/docs/secrets/mongodbatlas
