Remove limit for sending invitations terraform-provider-mongodbatla

Remove limit for sending invitations using the terraform plugin terraform-provider-mongodbatla. Currnetly there is a limit of sending 10 invitations per minute per IP. That makes this plugin pretty much useless.

    HI Martijin, as an update Project Invitations in Atlas Admin API has no been deprecated (https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/reference/api-resources-spec/v2/#tag/Projects/operation/createProjectInvitation) and will be flagged for deprecated soon in Terraform Provider as well. Hence we not be be implementing this feedback. Thank you.

    thanks for feedback Martijn. we can look into rate limit increase and revert back. if you are an Atlas Support customer feel free to create to create a ticket in the portal and our team can follow up with you that way if easier. Also if helpful we are working to update our Terraform docs, but you can now add users to projects directly - if the user is not an Org member, they will still get an invitation to Org for security reasons. To do this in the Atlas UI simply click plus sign next to user (see screenshot). Hope this helps!
