Activity feed should indicate if any extra privileges are added to a custom role at the time of creation

At present if a custom role is created, the activity feed will only report the built-in roles that have been inherited. Additional privileges are not visible. - Scr1.png shows the role that was actually created - Scr2.png shows how it was reported in the Activity Feed This makes troubleshooting of authorization issues more complicated than it should be. It may be worth mentioning that if a role gets edited, then the corresponding even in the Activity Feed will contain more details than if the role is just created.
